1. Efficient supplier collaboration
The LES system interfaces with ERP, MES and SRM, and refines supplier delivery requirements based on purchase orders and production orders. Based on Quanfeng's production model and material PFEP attributes, it issues replenishment tasks for JIT materials to achieve on-time and accurate delivery of materials to the factory. The system provides standardized packaging solutions. Suppliers print delivery orders and labels according to standards, and schedule delivery through the system. The factory arranges warehouse receipt in advance to avoid congestion and improve delivery efficiency. The system automatically records all nodes in the supplier's delivery process to ensure that the process is standardized, accurate, and punctual, as well as efficient collaboration with suppliers, timely feedback, and closed-loop interaction.
2. Refined production-driven management and automatic material distribution
FLUX LES and WMS are connected to MES/ERP to realize the linkage between warehousing logistics distribution and workshop production. The LES system formulates a logistics plan (PFEP) for each material, and stipulates the material storage method, pulling method, production rhythm, etc. according to the PFEP. It allocates inventory in a refined manner and issues work tasks to each warehouse area, as well as automated equipment such as AGVs and conveyor lines to achieve automatic distribution of materials. The system supports multiple pull modes such as MIN/MAX pulling, kanban calling material pulling, and work order picking. The LES system receives a variety of material requests from MES, such as: For one-time material calling, cycle calling, pre-processing calling, etc., pre-allocate inventory, and issue corresponding picking instructions to automatic containers, box-type vertical warehouses, pallet vertical warehouses, flat warehouses/cache areas, etc. according to the storage method of the materials. The AGV is dispatched to the distribution point and the selected materials are delivered to the production line handover point to complete automatic distribution. LES automatically performs a complete set of inspections on materials in multiple warehouses, issues materials with a single click based on the production rhythm and BOM work, automatically splits and issues multi-warehouse exit instructions. The visual signboard of each operation link displays the work order operation and material distribution status in real time, and provides early warning information of material demand.
3. Online temporary warehouse/supermarket warehouse management
Due to insufficient lineside storage space in the Quanfeng production workshop, the production pace is fast, and there are many types of BOMs, in order to quickly obtain materials, the LES system includes the lineside temporary warehouse and supermarket warehouse within the management scope, reasonably plans replenishment, prepares materials in advance, realizes multi-level circulation and inventory sharing of materials between warehouses, supermarket warehouses, and workshops, and supports rapid production. The raw material warehouse allocates inventory according to the line delivery requirements, selects materials, distributes goods according to the production line, and delivers them to the line-side supermarket. The property rights between the warehouse and the line-side are automatically converted. The production line pulls replenishment of materials according to production needs and delivers them to the production line by AGV or manually. The system records the flow of materials along the line in the same workshop. After production goes online, it automatically connects to the MES to complete the buckling. ; The material returned from the production line passes through the conveyor line and is automatically returned to the raw material warehouse, and the property rights between the line and the warehouse are automatically converted.
4. Workshop resource management to achieve accurate distribution of materials
In order to achieve accurate distribution of materials, the LES system refines the definition and management of workshop resources, including fine division and setting of factories, workshops, production lines, work sections, workstations, material receiving points, etc., and accurately locates material distribution points and distribution timing. Divide and define workshop areas according to the source of pulling materials, replenishment target warehouse area, and production line arrangement ; Set production line priority, capacity, activation, etc., as a basis for judgment on subsequent material inventory allocation ; Set the layout of work sections and processes to determine the precise positioning of material distribution ; Set and divide work stations according to work station type, online method, pull source, etc., and combine it with the material PFEP plan ; Points are set according to the type of received materials, container type and empty filling method. The point setting is accurate to the shelf position to ensure refined management of materials and precise distribution.
5. Refined management of materials throughout the life cycle, synchronization of accounts and actual results
Fuller's solution realizes refined management of the entire life cycle of materials, and systematically guides automated operations throughout the entire process from warehousing, picking, issuing, miscellaneous collection, miscellaneous dispatch, and allocation. ; The WMS system calculates and recommends storage locations to improve storage capacity utilization and picking efficiency. ; Accurate batch management to achieve designated batch online and first-in-first-out management ; The WMS system is connected with ERP/MES/SRM/QMS and other systems to realize integrated management of warehousing, procurement, production, sales, and financial services, and synchronize accounts and actual accounts.
