Fuller's Way: FLUX WMS / FLUX LES / FLUX Datahub digital intelligent solutions
    Barcode management standardization

Liangxin's hundreds of suppliers did not use unified incoming material labels before, and mostly used one-dimensional codes, which had poor scalability and made refined management difficult. Fuller redefined and designed 2D barcode labels for Liangxin, and barcoded 100% of WMS management materials, as well as 100% barcoded rack pallets + turnover boxes. WMS pushes material PFEP information to SRM to realize unified management of master data, and through SRM docking, it unifies supplier incoming material labels, and suppliers print box labels and pallet labels themselves.

    Efficient supplier collaboration

The original supplier's delivery packaging was not uniform. After the warehouse received the goods, the packaging needed to be changed, and then the goods were received manually in SAP. This was inefficient and error-prone, and the information feedback was not timely. Fuller's solution promotes supplier packaging standardization by connecting WMS with SRM and SAP ERP systems. Suppliers print and paste boxes and pallet labels, scan and receive goods upon arrival at the warehouse, process accounts in real time, improve efficiency, and achieve visual management through arrival information boards.

Material life cycle management, account and actual synchronization

Fuller's solution realizes refined management of the entire life cycle of materials, and adds box code and pallet code management in the material + batch dimension. Box code scanning is used to manage the entire process of material receipt, distribution online, and consumption, and automatic verification of first-in, first-out is performed through scanning. WMS is docked with SAP and MES. The movement of goods is completed through scanning. WMS is linked with SAP ERP for real-time posting, real-time receipt of MES offline information, automatic warehousing, automatic work reporting, automatic backflush, and real-account synchronization.

Intelligent material collection and quality inspection

The FLUX LES+WMS solution supports automated operations of material receipt and quality inspection. After the warehouse receives the goods, the AGV receives WMS instructions to transport the materials to be inspected to the inspection area, and WMS simultaneously sends the quality inspection information to QMS. ; After the quality inspection is completed, the WMS issues instructions to the AGV according to the packaging form and storage requirements of the materials. The AGV sends the materials to the corresponding pallet warehouse, box-type warehouse or flat warehouse area. The equipment in the warehouse area automatically receives the goods and puts them on the shelves. All operations are run automatically without manual intervention.

Intelligent pulling and automatic distribution of materials

The FLUX LES+WMS solution realizes intelligent pulling of materials, integrates AGV, conveyor lines, electronic labels and other equipment to realize automatic distribution and supports multiple pulling modes, such as: MIN/MAX pulling, JIT distribution, picking pulling, etc. WMS schedules AGVs and conveyor lines to replenish materials to lineside shelves. WMS automatically arranges shelf locations according to the materials corresponding to different production lines. When MES calls for materials, it lights up the electronic labels of the corresponding locations on the lineside shelves. For large or special-shaped materials, the system issues a pull order, and after manual picking, the materials are sent directly to the production line or via AGV.

Refined management of lineside buffer materials

The WMS management scope includes lineside buffer libraries, supporting complex management of warehouse locations, shelving, replenishment, and material calling. The lineside warehouse is a fluent rack, and corresponding storage location groups are configured for each production line. For materials pulled by MINMAX, the system issues replenishment instructions based on the water level at the line. After the conveyor line is delivered to the line, the system guides the shelves to be put on the 1-3 flow warehouses first. When the MES calls for materials, the electronic labels on the flow shelves automatically light up, the lights are picked up, and the system automatically withholds the materials. When there are vacancies in the flow warehouse on floors 1-3, the system automatically replenishes the goods from floors 4-6. For JIT to receive materials according to orders, the WMS system issues replenishment and outbound instructions to pallet warehouses or box-type warehouses according to the material requirements of the production line, and transports the materials to the corresponding warehouse locations in the lineside warehouse. The material instructions light up the electronic tags, pick up the lights, and the system automatically withholds the materials.

    Automatic depalletizing management

After the production of finished products and semi-finished products is completed, the boxes are placed directly on the online conveyor line. The MES sends the product box number, SKU, quantity, batch and other information to the WMS, and scans the box number to complete the receipt. Based on the quantity and rules of the work order, WMS determines whether the product is destined for a pallet warehouse or a box warehouse. The products in the box warehouse are directly put into the warehouse in whole boxes, and the system specifies the shelf location. For products that enter the pallet warehouse, WMS automatically calculates the palletizing data based on the packaging size and sends the goods to the palletizing cache line. Based on the number of boxes to be palletized and the palletizing principle, WMS issues the corresponding pallet exit instructions to the warehouse and the palletizing instructions to the robot. After completing the palletizing, WMS will stack the inventory from the box number to the pallet number, and designate the corresponding warehouse location to complete the shelving. Warehousing or replenishment tasks are automatically issued by WMS to vertical warehouses and robots, and operations such as de-racking, depalletizing, stocking out, information return, and inventory movement from pallets to box numbers are fully automatically performed.

    Project value and income
    • Integrate various automation equipment to realize fully automated operations such as warehousing and shelving, depalletizing, goods-to-person picking, and material distribution.
    • Optimize the operation process and the application of various automation equipment, greatly improve the operation efficiency and reduce the number of workers
    • The delivery of finished products uses goods-to-person picking, sorting lines, automatic labeling and packaging machines. 27 man reduced to 4 people
    • Raw material production and distribution, picking and distribution personnel are provided by More than 40 man reduced to 4~6 people
    • By converting incoming materials into turnover boxes, fewer people are required to receive and unpack goods. 3 people
