Xinrongmao Fruit Technology Group Co., Ltd. is a leading company that has long been focusing on the fruit field. It is a platform company that links global core fruit resources and provides omni-channel professional services.
Xinrongmao has various business models such as sorting, fruit processing, finished fruit sales, and allocation. In addition to its own brand business, it also undertakes other cooperative brands and third-party warehousing and distribution business. Different brands, categories, and cargo owners have different management needs. FLUX WMS supports Xinrongmao's multiple business processing and refined management.
For different categories of fruits, the system conducts differentiated management of fruits through multi-dimensional attributes such as owner, batch, finished product/raw materials, storage temperature, standard parts/non-standard parts, suppliers, tare weight, packaging materials, etc. Based on these attribute information, the system automatically triggers tasks such as warehousing, shelving, inventory allocation, picking, processing and subcontracting, and delivery and distribution, and simultaneously guides on-site operations, ultimately achieving refined management requirements such as first-in-first-out, batch shipment and batch accounting of fruits.
As a leading company in the domestic fruit industry, Golden Wing Mau distributes over 3,000 tons of fruit per day and operates over 200,000 square meters of cold chain storage centers across the country. In order to break the efficiency bottleneck under large workloads, its Shenzhen logistics center introduced intelligent equipment such as Daifuku automated three-dimensional warehouse (AS/RS) and AGV.
FLUX WMS uses gray box mode to schedule the above equipment, and all core management of orders, inventory and storage locations are completed within the system.: When the warehousing order is placed, the WMS issues handling instructions to the AGV, and the AGV delivers the goods to the warehousing port. The WCS system of the three-dimensional warehouse then directs the stacker to put the goods on the shelves to the storage location designated by the WMS. ; The warehouse-out process is the same. The three-dimensional warehouse WCS completes the unloading of the shelves according to the instructions and sends them to the warehouse exit. The AGV then transfers them to the temporary storage area or picking area. During the entire operation, inventory changes are automatically and synchronously recorded by the system, achieving efficient and controllable throughout the process.
Fruits are highly time-sensitive, and rapid turnover is the key to keeping them fresh. In addition, Golden Wing Mau operates mostly high-end imported fruits such as cherries, blueberries, and kiwis. To ensure the freshness and brand image of the fruits, professional and efficient warehousing management is required.
According to the storage characteristics and temperature requirements of different fruits, the distribution center is divided into three major storage areas: frozen, refrigerated, and normal temperature. Based on the circulation speed of the fruits, fast turnover areas and slow turnover areas are set up to implement refined management of the zones.
When the fruit enters the automated warehouse, the system automatically allocates storage locations based on the lane balance principle, which not only makes full use of the storage capacity, but also facilitates quick removal from the warehouse. ; The entire process of incoming and outgoing of processed raw materials is operated by AS/RS+AGV, and cross-floor transportation is realized by vertical elevators, which improves operating efficiency and reduces waiting time.
According to the warehouse distribution requirements of customers, orders and fruits, the system sets and automatically executes corresponding picking strategies. Goods-to-person and person-to-person picking methods are flexibly applied to optimize the process, reduce breakpoints, and operate efficiently.
