Features of LONGi WMS project
Standardize operating procedures and coordinate operations between different business units
- Establish and unify process specifications and business standards for warehouse inbound and outbound management, in-warehouse management, early warning, sluggish product management, quality inspection management, etc. at each base to facilitate unified management and subsequent expansion of the group
- Open up the receipt and delivery process between different business units. The battery base delivers goods to the component base. The component base can directly scan the battery base outbound order and receive the goods according to the consignment.
- The module base returns the goods to the battery base, and the battery base can directly scan the module base's delivery note and receive the goods according to the consignment.
Group management, inventory sharing
- All bases share inventory. The WMS system summarizes the inventory information of each base in real time. Headquarters sales allocate sales orders based on the entire network inventory.
- Stocking list pool, the WMS system compares the delivery orders entered into the system with the current inventory, and sorts all components that meet the delivery requirements by priority for warehouse stocking personnel to select and stock online.
Refined management of material attributes
- Various material types: Components, backplanes, cells, silicon wafers, slurries, stencils, spare parts, labor insurance, office supplies, tooling fixtures, chemicals, packaging materials, etc.
- Configure different batch attribute management dimensions for different materials to achieve refined management, such as battery grade, color, efficiency, power and other attribute management
- For complex storage requirements of special materials, more refined management can be met by extending batch attributes, such as: Cells are prone to oxidation, efficiency attenuation, etc., and there are many batch attributes that need to be controlled. By setting extended batch attributes, the management granularity can be further refined.
Collaborate with upstream and downstream to optimize work processes
- Standardize the packaging, barcode identification, and delivery list format of raw material procurement suppliers.
- Collaborate with suppliers to provide a list of container carrier relationships and import it into WMS. Suppliers scan pallet barcodes to directly receive goods and put them on shelves, making operations consistent and improving efficiency.
- Suppliers register delivery in the SRM system, and WMS is connected to SRM. Incoming goods can be scanned according to the order and the entire batch of goods is received, and the system automatically records the detailed information of the entire batch of goods.
- When finished products are put into storage, the upstream ERP/MES system issues handling tasks, warehouse receipts are palletized, and WMS records and synchronizes box palletizing relationships. In addition, WMS also provides palletizing and palletizing functions.
Flexible and configurable quality inspection management to meet the quality inspection needs of various materials
- Quality inspection rules for different materials can be preconfigured. After receiving the goods, the system automatically initiates the quality inspection process, creates inspection documents and pushes them to the quality inspection department.
- Quality inspection types, inspection items and inspection standards support customization, and different inspection items and standards can be configured for each type of goods.
- The quality inspection template can be configured, and the quality inspection form template can be configured according to the quality inspection items of each cargo type to realize online quality report filling and quality inspection result determination.
- Quality inspection data is fully recorded and can be traced throughout the process ; Use unified quality inspection rules for the same batch of materials, and the system verifies and ensures the validity of sampling
