SF Express is the leading comprehensive logistics service provider in China and the fourth largest express delivery company in the world. It is committed to becoming an independent third-party industry solution data technology service company, empowering customers with leading technology, and providing customers with intelligent and integrated smart supply chain solutions covering multiple industries and scenarios.
February 2014 , SF Express chose FLUX WMS as the core application system of its e-commerce logistics center.
In February 2014, the SF Express FLUX WMS system project was officially launched. In April, the first SF warehouse was successfully launched. From April to July, 5 batches of 18 warehouses were implemented by FLUX, and 4 warehouses were implemented by FLUX to assist SF Express in the implementation. FLUX provides SF Express with high-quality and efficient FLUX WMS project implementation at the speed of SF Express.
2015 , FLUX WMS, as the core business system of SF Express's warehouse management, fully supports SF Express's online warehouse strategy. With the expansion of SF Express warehouses, FLUX WMS has been gradually deployed in nearly 100 SF Express warehouses at home and abroad, and is constantly increasing.
FLUX WMS system supports SF Express’s four main businesses: E-commerce warehousing logistics, cross-border e-commerce overseas warehouses, cold transport warehouses, and e-commerce industrial park warehousing services.
The FLUX WMS system supports SF Express in providing services to hundreds of domestic and foreign e-commerce customers, covering dozens of categories such as clothing, electronics, daily necessities, and fresh food.
The FLUX WMS system seamlessly connects with more than 10 different peripheral systems (OMS), such as: E-dianbao, Guanyi, Online Store Guanjia, Yum, etc.
In order to ensure that the headquarters has timely control over the business status of each business segment and warehouse network, and to consider security and system investment costs, SF Express adopts centralized deployment. The system servers and databases of each warehouse are deployed at the SF Express Shenzhen headquarters, and each warehouse accesses the headquarters server through a dedicated line.
SF’s online warehouse strategy is to set up SF warehouses across the country to provide localized integrated warehousing and distribution services for local e-commerce and micro-commerce enterprises. The customers involve various types of e-commerce, with different business models and main product types, and different in-warehouse operating procedures for different categories.
The mature productized FLUX WMS system has rich and complete functions to maximize the management needs of various types of SF e-commerce customers. Most functions only require simple configuration to be quickly implemented without secondary development, and implementation time and cost are guaranteed.
SF Express’s main customers are e-commerce companies, and almost all of these customers participate in Double 11 every year. During Double 11, the number of orders will skyrocket in an instant, and in order to provide a good customer experience, e-commerce companies will try their best to process orders as quickly as possible and ship them in time.
Fast and accurate order processing requires a powerful WMS system as the foundation. During Double 11 in 2014, SF Express, with the support of FLUX WMS, provided fast and accurate warehouse distribution services for more than 30 e-commerce warehouses it operates and more than 40 e-commerce customers of various brands. During Double 11, SF Express processed more than 4 million orders.
In order to support SF Express' online warehouse strategy, Fuller determined at the beginning of its cooperation with SF Express that Fuller would not only provide SF Express with a WMS system, but also provide detailed training and knowledge transfer, and train and help SF Express with the ability to independently implement the FLUX WMS system. From April to July 2014, 5 batches of 18 warehouses were implemented by FLUX, and 4 warehouses were implemented by FLUX to assist SF Express.
