In 2016, Jinpai applied the FLUX WMS solution to manage Jinpai's e-commerce business. In the following three years, it successively covered all Jinpai's e-commerce, production raw and auxiliary materials, finished products, spare parts, packaging materials, bulk materials, gifts and gifts. 1. Full process coverage of multi-business warehouses

FLUX WMS provides solutions and system support for Jinpai's warehouses of raw materials, finished products, e-commerce and other business types. FLUX WMS is deployed in dozens of Jinpai warehouses across the country, covering more than 60 business types. Completely different management models and needs are well solved and handled in FLUX WMS.

2. Collaborative integration of multiple systems and multiple interfaces

Each business of Jinpai Company has its own independent system. The launch of the WMS project has opened up the integration of Jinpai Company's warehousing business and other businesses, including ERP, EIP, OMS, OCP, MES, one bottle per code, anti-crossing goods, LIMS, etc. To realize the information integration of Jinpai warehousing business, we rely on the multi-system and multi-interface integration provided by the FLUX DATAHUB data exchange platform. Through the FLUX DATAHUB platform, WMS can be seamlessly connected to about 100 external interfaces to convert, receive and send data to ensure the business data required by WMS.

3. Intelligent application of RFID in finished product warehouses

In view of the business form, on-site layout and hardware conditions of Jinjiu Warehouse, FLUX WMS provides a complete set of RFID application solutions for forklifts, storage locations and pallets. Combined with hardware equipment such as handheld RF terminals, vehicle-mounted terminals and production line readers, WMS reasonably instructs and schedules warehouse (forklift) operations while stably receiving hardware operation data to improve the accuracy, intelligence and efficiency of the overall warehouse operation.

4. Wine anti-tampering traceability throughout the life cycle

The alcohol industry uses the only code to prevent tampering and anti-counterfeiting - anti-tampering code. Jinpai will eventually need to realize the full process traceability of anti-tampering codes at all levels of packaging. Therefore, anti-tampering codes need to be collected and managed in each operation link of the warehouse. ； At the same time, the production end has a separate system for coding and printing, and the public traceability end has a dedicated platform for query and display. FLUX has designed a complete set of four-level anti-code tampering management workflow, providing convenient collection functions at all levels including trays and bottles. ； At the same time, DATAHUB products were used to complete the integration and connection between FLUX WMS and multiple sets of inkjet and coding systems, achieving the unity of Jinpai anti-tampering data management and the convenience of warehousing and collection operations.

5. WeChat reservation and billboard management

FLUX WMS provided multiple LED displays for Jinpai's warehousing park and designed a complete set of pickup and delivery reservation processes. Suppliers or logistics providers make pick-up and delivery reservations through WeChat. When arriving, WMS will provide platform allocation and pick-up and delivery information updates. At the same time, the platform provides displays of orders, vehicle parking information, loading information, etc. to guide personnel in each link.

Through the launch of FLUX WMS, the process optimization and management of Jinpai's full-service warehouse has been realized. At the same time, combined with relevant hardware facilities, the warehousing operations have been intelligently guided, the process transparent, the operation efficient, the accounting processing real-time, and the storage location batch refined. ； It has greatly improved the modern management level of the warehouse and changed the traditional management method of experience-based operations and artificial memory.
