Intelligent electronic signage (picking materials)
Due to the 5S requirements and space restrictions in the production workshop, no line side warehouse is set up. The production line uses the electronic signage of FLUX WMS to trigger raw material procurement requirements and confirm receipt according to the production rhythm.
SRM supplier collaboration
Majie Warehouse uses the FLUX SCP platform to provide purchase order information to suppliers. The supplier confirms the purchase order in this module and generates and prints box codes. After the materials arrive at the warehouse, warehouse personnel directly scan the box numbers to receive the goods, which improves the overall efficiency of warehouse receipt.
Voice picking
The Majie warehouse uses Vocollect voice equipment to pick materials, and cooperates with the ring scanner to confirm information during the picking process. WMS connects to Vocollect voice equipment to issue picking tasks. After picking is completed, the data is sent back to WMS and the picking list is automatically printed. Voice picking not only frees up hands, but also effectively reduces error rates and improves picking efficiency.
Shipping plan
Majie's customers come from all over the world, and different customers have different needs, including different label template styles (1800+ label templates), packing list formats, shipping methods, etc., and the frequency of temporary customer demand changes before shipment is also very high. Before outbound packaging, it is often necessary to merge sales order lines into tickets according to specific rules, and perform subsequent packaging and palletizing according to the ticket mode. The sales order is accessed by ERP (SAP), and preliminary summarization is carried out according to the rules in the WMS Shipping plan task. If the customer service department needs to make adjustments, it will also be made here. After the update is completed, the order is released to the shipping plan. The shipping plan guides the workers to complete the packaging, palletizing, shipping and other processes according to the corresponding rules.
First Article Inspection (FAI)
First-piece inspection, also known as "first-piece inspection system", refers to the inspection of the first or first few products manufactured at the beginning of each work shift or after the process is adjusted. The first-piece inspection during the Majie packaging process is carried out in the WMS system. During packaging, employees need to scan the material number information of the products to be packaged into the system in turn. The system backend verifies based on the raw material information in the work order. Once there is an inconsistency, the system automatically prompts and cannot proceed to the next step. This effectively prevents the production of a large number of defective products and promptly prevents mistakes.
Finished product packaging
Finished product shipments are divided into three different types, MK (package shipment), MS (finished product sold individually), and P Parts (raw material shipment). The three shipping methods all adopt the "single piece flow" operation mode, that is, printing labels while packaging to avoid the risk of mislabeling. During the work process, employees scan the serial number of the product body, and the WMS background performs verification. After the verification is completed, the box label is automatically printed.
Finished product pallet
After the finished product is packaged, it needs to be palletized according to different freight methods, trade methods and customer requirements. The entire palletizing process is carried out in the WMS palletizing module. The operator scans the box number of each box, and the system performs data verification in the background to prevent fool-proofing of the effective process. After the single pallet is palletized, the pallet list is automatically printed.
