Through the launch of FLUX WMS, full barcode management of FANUC product serial numbers and full life cycle traceability have been achieved, improving the company's effectiveness in managing parts. It has greatly improved the modern management level of the warehouse and changed the traditional management method of experience-based operations and artificial memory.

1. Traceability of serial number throughout its life cycle

In order to strengthen the traceability of the entire process of maintenance parts entering and leaving the warehouse, all spare parts in the warehouse are managed using serial numbers and barcodes. Serial numbers need to be collected when entering and leaving the warehouse, and the collected serial numbers are verified in the warehouse and validated. ； When parts are returned to the warehouse, the validity of the returned parts needs to be verified to verify whether it is the serial number issued by the original delivery document. ； If the same part enters and exits the warehouse multiple times, it is necessary to form a record of the entry and exit of the warehouse with the serial number and facilitate query.

2. There are many business types and the business model is relatively flexible.

Currently, there are more than 60 voucher types connected between WMS and SAP, and there are more than 10 inventory locations. These numbers are still increasing. ； In the after-sales maintenance business, a simple loan transfer or inventory conversion may involve 4 or more voucher types, and the processing logic in the middle is more complicated.

3. All interface triggers are WMS triggers

The interface adopts the RFC jacket webservice interface method. All interfaces are actively triggered by WMS and call the FLUX DATAHUB interface configuration. ； The complex processing logic inside the interface platform is completed by FLUX DATAHUB, and the interaction between WMS and ERP system is simple and efficient.
