    Delicate management

Fuller's hardware planning and implementation service team, after fully understanding Xinhe's business status and future development strategy, provided Xinhe with professional hardware planning consulting, including the selection of corresponding hardware for products with different characteristics, hardware layout, hardware performance indicators, how to connect each hardware, etc. ; The implementation service team reorganized and optimized the operation process for Xinhe, merged the original two finished product warehouses, and introduced intelligent equipment operations to make the warehouse operations more intensive and efficient.

For Xinhe's products of different brands, different order structures, and different sales channels, the Fuller consulting team has developed different operating procedures based on the characteristics of the products, equipped with different operating equipment, and formulated different operating procedures for daily and large-scale promotions based on fluctuations in order volume to maximize refined warehousing management of multi-brand, omni-channel business, which strongly supports Xinhe's refined operation strategy.

    Multi-brand, multi-form business management

Xinhe has multiple brands that are positioned as high-end and popular products. Different brands have different order volumes, order structures, sales channels, and packaging forms. They need to be managed separately, with different operating procedures and different operating equipment.

Xinhe has both hanging and stacked products. Due to the large order volume, smart equipment has been introduced to improve work efficiency.

Hanging products use hanging shelves + Hikvision LMR latent robot + Shangshang DPS sorting operation. The Hikvision robot receives instructions from the WMS and transports the hanging shelves to the corresponding sorting table. The operators then use DPS to complete the sowing and sorting of specific orders.

For stacked products, Hairo box-type robots are used. The Hairo robot receives instructions from WMS and WCS and transports the shelves with picking boxes to the picking workstation. The staff completes the picking by scanning the code.

    Omni-channel order picking

Xinhe's omni-channel orders include ToB stores, ToC single products, multi-products, Vipshop JIT single products, Vipshop bulk goods, etc. In view of Xinhe's diverse order channels, large order volume, and complex order structures, Fuller has developed a variety of order picking processes for Xinhe, achieving efficient order picking and greatly improving warehouse operation efficiency.

    Store order

WMS receives sales orders from ERP, WMS generates shipping orders based on store consolidation, and further allocates orders to various warehouse areas for hanging and stacking products. ; Order picking in the hanging area is completed through Hikvision robot goods-to-person + Shangshang DPS seeding ; The stacking area is completed by the container robot goods arrival + Zhuowei cross-belt sorter ; All goods that have been picked are entered into the Miniload buffer area for collection. Shipping orders that collect all goods are gradually released and entered into the review area for review of shipment.

    E-commerce orders

WMS receives orders from the E3 system. WMS selects orders from the same carrier to form waves based on preset rules. The hanging area sends (large) wave picking tasks to Haikang robots, and the stacking area sends (large) wave picking tasks to Haikou robots. Single product orders picked in batches go directly to the review and packaging area, and other orders are sorted through the sorter. ; Vipshop bulk orders that have been picked will enter the Miniload buffer area for collection, and will be reviewed and shipped after all the goods have been collected. ; Complete large-wave picking of multi-product orders, enter the warehouse for turnover, and then enter the review area for secondary sowing and sorting to each order.

Based on the picking processes and strategies set for different order structures, optimized algorithms are used to achieve intensive order picking and improve efficiency. The application of intelligent equipment such as goods-to-person and sorting machines can further reduce operation paths and improve order fulfillment efficiency.

Hardware equipment planning, design and efficient collaborative management

For the Xinhe project, the Fuller team provided design and planning services for intelligent equipment, including the overall planning, layout and circulation design of the park, which equipment to choose for different warehouse areas, equipment capacity design, operation collaboration between equipment, unified management of equipment, etc.

As the brain of the warehouse, Fuller WMS connects to the upstream ERP/E3 system, and connects to sorters, conveyor lines, Miniload and other equipment through FLUX WCS, uniformly allocates and issues work tasks, coordinates and optimizes collaboration between equipment and workload balance, allowing Xinhe's various automation equipment to achieve efficient collaboration, smooth operation connection, and improving equipment utilization and overall warehouse operation efficiency.
