Septwolves has dominated the Chinese jacket market for 21 consecutive years. Over the past 31 years, Septwolves has continued to carry out jacket technology changes and fashion innovations, keeping pace with the times and integrating with international standards.
Septwolves is a typical large-scale traditional enterprise. In addition to more than 3,500 offline direct sales and dealer stores, there are also a large number of online distributors. FLUX WMS provides different picking strategies for different order structures such as RDC, dealer futures ordering system inventory orders, store delivery and replenishment orders, e-commerce large-volume, small-volume decentralized orders, etc. to meet the requirements of different distribution models and management.
In order to solve the problem of cross-floor and large operating area in Xiang'an Logistics Center, FLUX combined its rich previous MHE project implementation experience and adopted an operation method that combines task vehicle grouping and pre-selection. Split the order into task groups and distribute them to areas, so that work can be concentrated in the area to reduce ineffective walking. Each operation area intelligently combines tasks to improve the overlap rate of order line items.
In the disassembly and picking area at the ejection exit of the conveyor line, the pickers receive the ejected turnover boxes, and use RF to guide the picking trucks and turnover boxes to associate with each other to form a picking task package for the trolley, guide the picking path, and complete the sowing of turnover boxes while picking. Combining whole boxes and dismantling parts, and adopting pre-selection method to reduce the waiting time of each operation section.
Reverse logistics is a difficult problem in clothing logistics. Seasonality, concentration, batch size, and disordered goods are the characteristics of returns from stores and dealers. Goods returned by stores and dealers to the logistics center need to be quickly classified, sorted, and put on shelves by SKU and quality status, so that qualified products can continue to enter the normal circulation process.
FLUX WMS provides flexible classification functions on the mobile terminal. Based on the differences between store and dealer returns, FLUX WMS provides the ability to collect and upload returns to the upstream system without a single return. For situations where the amount of returned SKUs is large, packaging is scattered across multiple stores, and the return sorting area in the warehouse is limited, FLUX WMS provides a mobile terminal model for primary payment and secondary SKU allocation.
For unordered SKUs, the system intelligently implements various distribution logics, such as: merging return order processing, calculating the amount of returned SKUs through return orders, and judging the shelf area based on the return amount of SKUs to guide the distribution location and diversion direction. Sound prompts are used for the first time to guide the distribution of goods to cash, and then combined with electronic tags for the second time distribution of goods to SKU. Change the traditional distribution model that relies on experience and human eye recognition, and reduce the tallying time of return operators by 60%.
Combining the business model of Septwolves' online and offline integration, online management offline, and online multi-channel reproduction, Xiang'an Logistics Center implements integrated online and offline inventory management. FLUX WMS combines lean management concepts to analyze and process integrated brand inventory and channel orders, and develop different operating procedures to share personnel, equipment, and storage capacity in the logistics center and reduce operating costs.
OEM production is the mainstream model of apparel companies, and creating an agile supply chain requires closer collaboration between upstream and downstream. For this reason, Septwolves decided to introduce the FLUX SPS (Supplier Packing System) system at the same time to carry out standardized and unified packaging management at the production end for more than 100 production partners located in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Fujian.
The headquarters uniformly defines the packing standards and transmits them to the outsourcing factories together with the production plan. After the production is completed, the products will be scanned piece by piece through the FLUX SPS system. The system will guide, record and verify the packing information, and generate a unified box code. With the integration of WMS, products and packaging details are shared in the first link of the supply chain, and are circulated and applied in subsequent operations such as warehousing, cross-docking, unpacking, and outgoing warehouses, as well as allocation of sub-warehouses and store receipts, etc., which not only ensures the accuracy of the information but also makes the operation process more efficient and convenient.
Septwolves is reforming its organizational structure: From a production-oriented organizational structure to a retail-oriented organizational structure, five major divisions were established: marketing division, brand division, e-commerce company, supply chain division, and IT (backend) division. Logistics centers need to become profit centers for supply chain divisions, and FLUX WMS is supporting this change.
